Walter Turnbow Park & Shiloh Square Revitalization
Completed: 2017
Water Turnbow Park went under construction in 2017 adding a pavilion, outdoor seating areas, and gathering space for events, including the outdoor concert series LIVE! at Turnbow.
The Apollo on Emma
Completed: August 2017
The Apollo on Emma is an event venue located on Emma Avenue in downtown Springdale, AR. It is a re-imagination of the original Apollo Theatre which was the first building on Emma built to show motion pictures. The original theatre opened in 1947.
Little Emma
Completed: Fall 2020
The first apartment complex on Emma Avenue with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units that vary in size from 500 to 850 square feet with. Designed to promote walkability, easy access to the Razorback Greenway and the use of the Jones Center amenities.
202 Railside
Completed: 2022
A mixed-use building on Emma Avenue that features retail shops & restaurants on the street level, with apartments on the upper floors. Right in the heart of downtown Springdale, this is new destination for urban downtown living.
Greenway Realignment
Completed: Summer 2023
Realignment of the Razorback Regional Greenway as it crosses over West Emma Avenue that enhances accessibility, safety, lighting and landscaping.
Luther George Park
Completed: October 2024
The park’s redesign and expansion has transformed this beloved space by connecting it to Spring Creek and the Razorback Greenway. It now boasts a Performance Pavillion that can host events for up to 3,000 people, enhanced play areas, unique outdoor spaces, and shady seating along the creek.
The Hideaway
Completed: October 2024
The Hideaway is a pocket neighborhood tucked away in historic Downtown Springdale. Developed in the style of a cottage court, front porches face each other to encourage casual conversation and a shared sense of support among neighbors while individual homes preserve privacy.
